Low quality screen. Stepped video and motion is backwards. Motion detector doesn’t work. Contacted manufacturers who were unhelpful. Contacted Amazon who offered to replace it. Overall poor value for money. Only good feature is that it’s easy to see who’s at the door.

DOES NOT RECORD A PROPER MOVIE - takes snaps every second or so. You end up with a series of photos amalgamated into one file.Easy to install and start.Very sensitive to vibrations so much that when installed in appartment block on 2nd floor, it starts recording when somebody opens the door on ground floor level.

the camera is not verry clear

The device work ok without application it is useful to check who is outside and for short people. The screen is low resolution and camera is low resolution you can take clear picture of face only if the person is 1 meeter away 9n 3 meters picture is blurry also in morning whe sun shine directly in the cam for 2 hours you cannot see anything. Motion sensor run very quickly every 10 days on fairly busy street and is with form of pill tablets so defently not rechargable. The application is totally not working you can open live view but if somebody trigger motion alert the application crash you also hardly can watch old recording only once and when you click back everything crashes. So you can count it as device with no app. The screws for changing the battery of motion detector are so tiny that nobody is selling them.

Works very well. I had to return a Chinese product which didn't fit the hole. This has a 12mm diameter and excellent debice. Motion detection is not recommended as they are slow to record any events. This does recording but manually while you press the button.

I was looking for a simple thing so I can see who’s outside without them knowing anyone is inside and this is just great for that. My staircase is an open one so there is plenty of light and the picture is reasonable. The wake up time is about 1-1.5 seconds. Works great.

My only fault with the installation is that with all elements installed, the shaft only has a few turns of grab. It is possible that my front door is thicker than usual. The motion sensor is provided as an add-on kit. I made use of the ball mount to point it sharply down to limit tripping on road traffic. It Both camera and sensor work through my sun-shielding screen door. I would appreciate a small ping when the sensor trips and the camera takes a picture, for when I'm waiting on a delivery. The picture quality stored on the micro SD card (max 32 GB, not supplied but necessary) is much better than can be shown on the display, but that's still adequate for identification. I really like that I don't have to stoop to see out the peephole anymore, simply push one central button.

This was perfect for what we needed. My elderly mother is tiny and can't reach to see out the peep hole. She has no windows near the front door to peep through and we dont like the idea of her opening the door to see who is there. This solved our problems perfectly, we feel better knowing she can check and see who is on the other side of the door before opening. She feels safer and she was so excited that she called me after someone knocked on the door and she knew not to open the door because it was a religious solicitor.
