My first full backup of a 128GB iPhone 11 worked really well. My phone battery on a full charge just held in there transferring some larger video files. The app setup was seamless and the UI is straight-forward and intuitive. I haven't run into any issues so far.The physical unit comes with three spare caps and the design is a lot sturdier than I assumed it would be given the price. The material quality is really nice. I'm very happy with this purchase so far and would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a quick and effective backup solution for their phone that steers away from just purchasing more cloud storage.

At first, I thought it was not working, but after a few, all of a sudden it worked. Downloaded the app and started using it. I’ll see how long it lasts. If it works for a long time, it’ll be awesome. I can also say that the design is nice and feels ergonomic, soft touch. If it lasts, I’ll definitely love it!

So far so good! Wonderful product. Easy to use. I had to free up space on my iPhone so I copied over 2500 photos in about 1/2 hr (I had videos on there as well) then I will send to to my pc and have the stick for backup.I’ve spent more $$ on others that don’t hold a candle to this one. So glad I found it.

I am a photo/video crazy mom of three, and use my iphone to take pictures of EVERYTHING! Recently I had to back up my phone in order to get a new one, and only a portion of my photos uploaded to "the cloud". I didn't want to lose any of my precious memories captured, so I bought one (and then two after I received it, used it, and loved it) of these bad boys to come to my rescue.And BOY did it work great! It has SO much space, and the pictures and videos transfer and save super quickly. All you have to do is download the app that comes with the device, plug your device into your phone, create a folder - or multiple folders - you want your photos transferred into: ex: Summer 2024, and start the transfer process.The device has a USB plug so you can then transfer the images and videos onto your computer, or keep them safely saved on the device itself. This will be my new back-up method from here on out. No more iCloud for me!I HIGHLY recommend this handy dandy little device!

It works but two issues I’m having with it. First,if you use Otterbox cases, the connection won’t fully plug in, you’ll need to either remove the case to plug in.Secondly, I bought it specifically to back up not only pictures but my Apple voice recordings. it won’t work for this.

Not exactly what I wanted in a backup drive. I didn't want to use an app to download/manage my photos; kind of defeats the purpose of my goals which were to use (essentially) a thumb drive to store my overflow of pics. Now I have an app that's also taking up memory space on my phone; see the issue? Oh, yeah, it works fine. I'm not happy with this issue but yeah, it works fine. Pretty disappointed. I could just simply use Dropbox.
