Missing stainless steel stand

Just bought it and the stainless steel stand is missing inside the package, when I tried to replace it says the product is not available. It's not a very good review to start with, I am keeping it though, soon I will write about how it's working..as a customer I feel cheated though as one of the essential part it missing in the package that puts a lot of doubt as a customer in your mind..
