Remote control does not work. How to set up?

Hi, please follow these steps to sync up your remote: Step 1: Push the switch to MODE (Left most option) Step 2: Hold down the sync Button for 5 seconds and release. The light should turn on (not blinking) Step 3: Press the key on your remote, this will sync your remote to the sign. The Sync light should blink twice then turn off. And finally, you should be able to control your sign with the remote. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused, we really appreciate your business!
