I am a 5'10' female, but I've always dreamed about being 6 foot, and these definitely helped me achieve that goal! I only would wear the first or second level, anything higher is extremely uncomfortable and hard to walk in for longer than a few minutes (and that's coming from someone that wears heels regularly for my job). I stand about 5'11 1/2 with just the first level, which I think is pretty good. I wear a women's size 7 and I had to cut the inserts to fit my shoe. I would say if you are any bigger than a men's 9, these will not extend the entire length of your shoe which may make them uncomfortable to walk in. The construction of the product is okay, but definitely not the best. I suggest wearing them with a high-top sneaker only (I suggest converse) since they would definitely be noticeable in a low-top sneaker or shoe. With only the first level on, it is not noticeable that I'm wearing inserts on any kind, which is much appreciated. Overall I give the product a 7/10!

Works ok and as described. They are very narrow and doesn't fully cover the bottom of the foot. Does not affect use in my case much. It does make them easier to remove and put in other shoes however. Adds heights and works in my boots and sneakers

Beware: You need HIGH TOP SHOES if you want to wear all of these for the maximum height. I have regular sneakers and can only wear the first two long ones and not all levels without the bottom half of my foor completely out of the shoe. Also make sure your shoes are comfy and not already snug because these do take up room so if I'm walking around for more than twenty minutes at a time it rubs the back of my feet. I've gotten blisters on both feet three times now because my shoes were already snug and these made them tighter. Yes I still use them though because just two inches of height difference really does make a difference. It feels good to feel taller than 5'2 which I always get picked on for. Also easy to cut them, just put them against the back of your shoe, start at a little longer than the shoe and then just keep putting it in and out and taking off one marking at a time. Just need to do it once to know where to cut the rest. Definitely worth it considering the official Conzuri brand can be up to 4× expensive considering if they are not having sales. Also I've read people complain about half your foot being up but y'all realize women wear these, aka high heels, all the time right? You just gotta adjust to it, don't be a complainer and if it really hurts that much just do one layer at a time and practice wearing them. You'll live.

They do the job but they are too narrow on a shoe size 10.5 and probably many more below that. It makes it uncomfortable walk especially if the insole shifts to one side of the shoe more than the other.

0 stars! These are extremely uncomfortable and are way too narrow at the heel. The don't actually fit any of my shoes. I am a size 12 and I have narrow feet but they still do not fit.

I wear a size 11 men’s. For my costume this year, the only size boots I could find were a 12w, so there was a lot of room in them. Plus my coveralls were a bit long. Decided to order these so the boots would fit better AND I would fill the overalls out better length wise. I didn’t realize how insanely cushy these would be. They feel like you’re walking on clouds. It’s amazing. The only con is that they are so squishy, that the advertised 3” or so, is probably closer to 1.5-2” after you actually put your weight down. They fit my size 12w boot great. Too tall for my AF1’s with all the cushions added but you can definitely get away with 1-2 of them.

Not impressed, comes apart easily inside the shoe, also makes you feel like your wearing high heals, not a comfortable lift at all

I have been using these for the last 2 weeks including in the gym. 1.You cannot use every insole I used only 2 which is like 3 inches because anything higher will remove your foot from the shoes. 2. To use the maximum height you need shoes that are ankle length 3. These are comfortable but not like your comfortable shoes (I got a blister on my foot because I used them for to long) WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL THE SHORT KINGS OUT THERE AS ADDING EVEN A FEW INCHES TO YOUR HEIGHT WILL BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE AND MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

Can't Believe how good it ended up being despite the price comfortable to use and really affective at the job. Quick tip place them under a sponge before placing the sole of the shoe.

This will only work on shoes that are high tops. Unfortunately, I only have 1 of those. Even then, it is impossible to walk on as your ankle is almost outside of the shoe (super uncomfortable, you can't run... only walk slowly). As other reviews said, a complete waste of money. Don't bother buying this or anything like it.
