F4H Motorised Folding Treadmill ES-A103 Olympic Cardio Electric Running Machine

*** UPDATE (SEPT 2018),,, 12 MONTHS ON, 800 KMS OF USE AT 6KPH (BRISK WALKING FOR WEIGHT LOSS/ GENERAL FITNESS).... ALL WORKING A-OK!Well.... after some minor issues which the customer support have sorted out admirably, the treadmill I have found to be A-OK (only used it a few times so far so cannot comment on "longevity/reliability" but so far, so good). It is worth mentioning that out of the several £170-£200 machines available on Amazon it seems to offer the best facilities; it has manual adjustable incline, 12 preset programme multi display (and nicely blue backlit as well), handlebar remote controls plus the old heart monitor pads. Other similat price units seem to NOT offer ALL of the aforementioned.Operationally it all runs pretty smooth, you get a small pot of silicone lubricant (for some reason I couldnt find anywhere in the manual about how to apply this... but as I had a treadmill previous to this I know anyway..... as far as I am aware ALL treadmills MUST have this lubricant appplied under the running belt otherwise it will wear prematurely!!!)It folds up really compactly and for even more compactness if storing for a prolonged time it is not all that difficult to remove the handlebars/controller (just 4 allen bolts to remove.... you will see these as you do need to fit the handlebars/controller when first setting up).... takes up a lot less space than my rather old but reliable York Pacer unit yet still has a very good size rexercise area.Only criticism is that the standard manual supplied was somewhat brief and also does not fully cover the finer details of the controllers functions and preset programmes; I will ask seller if they can assist in this matter but even with this small detail I think 5 stars is justified considering the item price.(update; customer support provided details of the 12 preset programs, great stuff!! :) )

Very good for a first treadmill. I started at almost 19stn and walk rather than run but it's easy to control. It was a bit awkward to put together and there's a knob missing on mine still despite contacting supplier but that's only to hold the display panel and I get by using just one. I'm now 16st so with careful eating and 4 15 minute sessions most days I've definitely seen the difference. I would recommend for a starter machine. I would think continuous high impact running use may damage the machine but if it can take 16-18 stn thumping on it daily it can't be that bad.

I received the treadmill and was very pleased with the quick delivery and how it was packaged. On opening we found it in a few parts and it was easy to put together. The instructions are rather lacking but it is quite simple to work out. It is ideal to use as a get on and walk but haven’t used any programmes yet. Good to have choice of pulse or calories and the manual incline. I like to use it watching tv. The one down point is there is no pause so if you have to get off for any reason you have to stop it and then it restarts from zero so you can’t keep a running total.

Treadmill will not start, turn power button on and the orange light comes on but nothing else works...arranged for collection to be told that collection was attempted, however, I was in all day..waste of money, very disappointed as this was a present for someone

Fantastic for our needs. Lightweight compared to our previous one but sturdy. Folds away neatly. Recommend.

Really happy with my new treadmill which is really sturdy. Its easily moved around too which helped recently when I had to move it from one room to another. Would certainly recommend.
