Phresh Inline Filter, 6" 500 CFM Carbon Filter for Duct Ventilation Applications

Dinged up and hard to install, but seems to do the trick! We'll see how long it lasts.

I installed this inline as a final filter for my laser engraver, the fan pulls the air through the standard filter and pushes it through this filter before it vents outside (it's a powerful fan, make sure you match the RPM of the fan to the filter). While there was a very slight smell before, with this I can even be cutting plastic and smell NOTHING on the other side. Highly recommended, the only thing I'm not sure about is how often it will need to be replaced. This filter is a lot bigger than I expected it would be, so check the measurements carefully if you are tight on space.

Works just as good as the closed end filters so far. Running my Whynter portable AC exhaust through it 24/7 for a month now-Nothing but clean air out. Canister was dented but doesn’t affect the operation.

Don’t waste your money. I have ordered three of them. Initial filter looked fine and came without damage. Filter lasted one year before it was obvious it wasn’t working anymore. The other two came dented on two separate orders. The guy who said these are factory rejects, is probably correct. One I most recently received was all dented up and leaking charcoal, I’m no expert but pretty sure it won’t work properly and not willing to take the chance on something that is almost $200.00These are good filters just not on here.

A few reviews mention that they come damaged. Mine did as well. The box shows no damage so it was clearly packed this way. It sure how it will effect the performance but buyer beware. These are definitely returns.

We have mold/mildew odor in our pole barn and this filter eliminates it. I didn't realize it would be so LARGE! but I love it!
