I was impressed with the keyboard

The shape and extra surface built in to rest your hands on while typing make it very comfortable to type for extended periods. I prefer wireless since I often put my keyboard in my lap. My old one got really warm and unpleasant after a while. This one has had no noticeable temp change and it's remarkably light weight. It looks like it should be heavy, but far from it. The customer service department is a gem. I had a small issue with my purchase, sent an email (on a Sunday evening, too) and within an hour I had a response. Mary was nice, attentive, kept up communication in a surprisingly timely manner, and in the same day, we'd resolved my issue and I've got a positive feeling about this purchase. Great value, the lights are actually as bright as the pictures show, and it times out when untouched for a period so it doesn't kill the charge. Touch it again, everything comes right back without a delay. The keys are comfortable to press, the buttons are all where your muscle memory expects them to be, and there are a few buttons that I didn't have on my old one that now I'll probably never go without. Highly recommend, would buy again, and I'm going to get one for my husband's computer and my work laptop. As soon as I get permission to buy more than this first one.

The keyboard was perfect for the first month and a half. Then the light up keys stopped working. That was the main reason I purchased the keyboard. They acknowledged the issue, offered sincere apologies, and without hesitation, sent me a new item to try. Their communication and willingness to go the extra mile were some of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They ensured that I felt valued and heard, turning a disappointing situation into a positive one. Although the initial product didn’t meet my expectations, the following keyboard is working well. The exceptional customer service has left a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely consider this company again in the future.
