First off, it has a pretty heated sensation, almost like burning BUT let's be real because the label literally tells us it's a HOT cream. That's the only part I didn't like but you get used to it if you're being active AND using it consistently. It works but again, consistent usage is needed and also I have a light workout routine that helps. Also you should wear gloves or wash your hands immediately after application because the burn starts really quick. It's as easy to apply as any other lotion and the price is good too. It doesn't really have a scent to it that I noticed and the size for each bottle is decent for the price. Will likely purchase again when I run out.

This stuff doesn’t burn at all unless you squeeze half the bottle on yourself. Pretty disappointed.
