Works well as expected from a pain patch and for the price you get a lot.I like how it sticks so well for hours without peeling off.The problem is it sticks too well and left a sticky residue and redness on my skin.

Don’t leave it on to long. It will burn skin.Not as much heat as I thought it would be.

This item is a 60 count of 7cm by 10cm heat patches. There are six resealable packets in the box, each containing ten patches. I recently tried these patches, and found that they do have a positive affect with soothing aches and pains. The patches themselves are thin, discreet, and flexible, allowing them to conform comfortably to various body parts. They have a pleasant, subtle herbal scent, which isn't overpowering. These patches seems to penetrate into my muscles and joints, but I wouldn't refer to them as generating heat, but rather subtle warmth. I've used them on my shoulders and knees, but feel they could be used in many other areas. The "24 hours long-lasting" claim didn't hold up for me in terms of continued warmth generation. The warmth lasted many hours, but not close to 24. Some of the herbal ingredients may still be active after that period, but I couldn't really judge. The patches adhere well to the skin and stay in place, even during minor movement. I'm not sure how they would hold up playing sports and getting real sweaty. They're also easy to remove without leaving any sticky residue. The price point for 60 patches seems very reasonable to me. Overall these pain relief patches are an effective solution, at least for minor aches and discomfort. I can't claim to know how they would do with extreme pain. The large quantity, long-lasting warmth, and comfortable design make them a valuable addition to my pain management arsenal. They provide targeted relief for muscle and joint aches, and their versatility allows them to be used on various body parts. I find them to be be helpful.

These patches work great and do easy to use. It's easy to cut to size and it's to use. The heat level is minimum and I notice a difference in my sornessea when using it. The pain doesn't completely go away but I definitely noticed a differences. For the price I would definitely recommend this for a try if you have sore muscles.

I have a medical condition that gives me lower back pain and I use a lot of products similar to this. I decided to order these and gve them a try to see if they could potentially be added to my arsenal of back pain remedies. I haven't heard of this brand before so I was a little timid about trying these. I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm glad that I ordered these!Before I begin my review, I have to say that you get a LOT of these in the box! These are a good deal in that aspect...I followed the instructions and used a warm wash cloth on my lower back for a few minutes prior to applying the patch. I thought this was a little strange because a lot of similar products don't mention doing this, but it made sense to me so I did it. The adhesive on the patch worked mostly good, but it did start to come up after about an hour of moving around. I'm not sure if this was because I had the patch on a weird part of my body or if the adhesive isn't very strong. I was thinking that the lower back would be a common place to place these though so I'm not quite sure what to think.Once the patch was stuck to my back the heat worked great! It took a little while to kick in but once it did I thought it worked nicely. I saw on the listing that it warns against irritation / burns when using this product but I didn't have any problems with that.I had a pretty good experience using these. The heat worked fine, but the adhesive I'm a little confused about.
