VIVO Dual LCD Monitor Free Standing Desk Mount, Heavy Duty Fully Adjustable Stand fits 2 Screens up to 27 inches (STAND-V002Z)

It was easy to initially assemble this stand. I really like the look and feel—it's quite sturdy and feels really solid. I am using it with a 23" HP monitor, and an amazon basics laptop shelf for my MacBook. It's kind of a bummer that the two arms can't move up and down independently, which I didn't realize before I bought it, but I managed to make adjustments to the laptop shelf to get my laptop and monitor aligned.However, I had issues once I tried to tighten the VESA mount part to stop my monitors from tilting. I tightened as much as my fingers would let me, but the monitor was still spinning freely.I reached out to customer service, wondering if I had gotten a defective stand. After requesting pictures of the back and front, inquiring which monitors I was using (one 10lb monitor and one laptop shelf, each well under the weight limit), they said "Try tightening the hex bolt in the middle of the VESA plate." No dice, that was already as tight as it could go. They then said they could send replacement parts, but I wasn't convinced they knew what was happening at all.I finally said, "Eff this, I'm going to try to figure this out myself." I unscrewed all the pieces, removed the VESA plates from the stand, and removed the small silver tightening knobs. One was incredibly difficult to remove, and seemed like it was threaded wrong. I lubricated the two knobs, and stuck them back in. In that entire assembly, there's a small metal wedge that the knob pushes down into the VESA plate, which stops it from spinning. I had to essentially shim it with a small piece of rubber, and now my monitors are much more stable than before.Now, I love the stand. Just beware that you might need to use elbow grease and mechanical grease to get it to work, and if you call customer service, they won't be of any help.

This was easy to assemble and very sturdy. I loved the built in cable management system, but be aware the cord is "shortened" because of the length it takes to follow it along the arms and the main post. If you need the length of the monitor cords, then simply don't use the built in cable management system. Stability is pretty good, assuming you arrange the arms in such a way that the center of gravity is roughly located at the post, done by pulling the "elbows" as far back behind the post as you can while maintaining the monitors at the angle you wish and also as low to the table surface as you can. I definitely recommend this product. I was able to achieve the ergonomic position I was looking for while clearing up the clutter I had when each monitor was on its own monitor stand.

I had to return my first unit. I did see other reviews that said the tilt feature was hit or miss. On my first unit, the screw that tightens the tilt feature to keep the monitor in place was faulty. It was as tight as it could be but you could still tilt the monitor. I decided to return it and take my chance on another one. The second one that arrived was perfect. I have no other issues.The stand it sturdy and easily adjustable. I also gain a lot of space on my desk. Extremely happy with my purchase. This review would have been very different had the replacement unit had problems but I'm happy that there were no new issues to speak of.

Bought this to mount two 23" monitors to my standing desktop. Definitely very good at holding the monitors in place. Once the monitors are in place, they pretty much stay in place, provided you did your part in installing and tightening all the adjustments. The cable management is also handy. I use the metal base mount pictured, along with drilling a hole to mount this to my desk, as I want to have the monitors locked down in case of anything--it is pretty sturdy and I've no complaints. It is better than the two individual monitor stands that are not attached at all to my desk. The thing is the metal base/mount is big, takes up decent area, definitely not a small footprint on my desk, and things don't conveniently get placed around it on my desk as much as I'd like. My desk real estate is very valuable (keyboard, office phone, laptop docking stations (2), mouse+pad, and the mount doesn't integrate easily--maybe a flatter plate would have helped instead. But overall, VIVO has made an outstanding sturdy desk mount for two monitors. Kudos!

One of the arms is visibly lower than the other. Sending back for exchange will update review based on exchange experience and replacement quality.11-8-2019--UPDATEUPDATE to this review. VIVO had subsequently reached out to me directly to assist with the monitor arms. They happily sent out a replacement and I am excited to report that the replacement unit has been AMAZING, it has held up perfectly and I even had to move office locations and it handled the move great. I am updating my rating to 4 stars as the customer service was solid and the replacement has been a great product!Thank you Nikita at VIVO for making this a worth-while purchase and great customer experience.

Well build and very sturdy. Holding up 2 BENQ 24'' Monitors using the included base - my desk was a bit too thin for one of the clamp style stands so had to try this out.Was easy to assemble. Important note is that I have a sit/stand desk that goes up and down and while changing the desk height these don't shake or wobble - kind of shows how solid it is. Even with this the base is pretty thin and doesn't take up too much desk space.I can rotate the monitors but raising and lowering them isn't as simple as I would prefer BUT even with a sitting and standing my monitor height is the same so I almost never have to make the adjustment on a regular basis anyway. Not a problem for me and for the price I can't complain.Recommend it for anyone who can't or is concerned about using a clamp system due to a thin desk. Well designed and am very happy.UPDATE- Dec 24/2017 - 18 months later these things never move unless I want to readjust. Incredibly well built, stable, sturdy. One of best purchases made.

Now holding two 27 in. monitors in my den. Easy to assemble, very stable if you remember not to have the monitors too far forward. Works great for me.

Great stand, strong and well balanced. Have 2 BenQ 27" monitors attached to it and it supports them well. Very happy with this purchase.
