If you like ashwagandha, then these gummies represent a pleasant and accessible way to take it. Like most vegan gummies they are soft and slightly chewy, not hard or very stiff to chew; the flavour is as described, "Fruity" without really reminding me of any specific fruit (I would say maybe more like berries or peaches than apple, but not strongly so). They are really quite sweet. In the bottle you get a month's supply; the price is reasonable, not the cheapest available but ok if you find that you enjoy and benefit from the key ingredient.

These gummies come in a plastic tub that is foil sealed under the screw-top lid. The product labelling is very simple (white writing on a blue background) with a list of ingredients and a separate list giving Ashwagandha and vitamin B6 quantities in a serving (2 gummies recommended per day). They are very sweet, and I found them to have a pleasant apple taste (according to the ingredients they do contain concentrated apply juice). The Gummies are not sticky or chewy. According to the product description these are vegan, non-GMO and Halal. This is the first time I have taken an Ashwagandha supplement so it will be a while before I can gauge any benefits.

I have always been sceptical about Ashwagandha and it's calming properties but, have been taking a supplement before bedtime for a few months now and, I really think it does have a calming affect. Am diagnosed with a General Anxiety Disorder - controlled - but, I worry about everything excessively. I have realised that since I have been taking the Ashwagandha, I am calmer, sleeping better, MUCH better and have become quite laid back.These gummies are a great alternative to a supplement because they are so easy to take/incorporate into daily life. The apple flavour is perfectly pleasant, a bit tart, like a sweet/sour cider vinegar. Their texture is more of a soft wine gum. You need to take 2 per day so, with a tub of 60 dummies, you get a month's supply for £11.99 which is not bad.Whether these work as well as a supplement it is too early to say but, if you are a worrier and toss and turn all night imagining the worst, give them a try these are something I am now reluctant to be without. I was lucky enough to choose these on the Vine programme but I will buy some more when I run out.
