Hari Tropican Complete Hand-Feeding Formula for Baby Birds, 400g

Great product for baby birds not feeding from mother or being hand reared .. easy to use and the birds seem to eat it just fine . My little canaries have thrived using this food great healthy birds now . Value for money , I would like to see it in a smaller bag because depending on how many birds u are feeding it’s quite a big bag x

I used this to feed a baby bullfinch. It is very easy to mix, just add a little water & feed on a stick several times a day. The baby bird thrived and now feeds on normal food. Smells really nice & the bird always wanted more. Now feeding a second finch with it and it's doing well. I would highly recommend & buy again.

I bought this to feed a 5 day old wood pigeon how was attacked by other birds. I bought this because it was the fastest delivery time. I mixed about a teaspoon with warm water to get to a tomato sauce mix. I only fed him when his crop was completely empty. I cut the bottom off a small actimel drink bottle while fitting the top with finger of a latex glove which I sniped the top finger to allow the bird to put his beak through. Yes it is messy and the food sticks to the feathers. A wild life center told me not to bath him, wood pigeons don't like it, snip/cut any feathers which are thick with it, under the neck, or when its very dry flake it off by rubbing your tips fingers gently it should power off.He is now 19 days old and is very healthy. He has the most shiny bright feathers ever seen, which proves what you put into a bird in early life really makes a big difference.I now feed him two large tea spoons mixed with warm water three times a day, 7am/2pm/10pm. He has just started to peck and eat a few tiny seeds on his own so that's good news as I want to free him when his ready. The small bag of Hari Tropican Hand Feeding Formula, 400 g has got me this far. I ordered a seconded bag but not opened yet, have another day or two left from the first bag.
