Perfect energy
I first tried this product at a race in Windsor. Itโs a nice flavour and delivers constant energy without the high and crash. Easy to mix and now a favourite of mine over other mixes I can buy or use previously. You donโt get hand shaking and itโs beyond good for my longest run days too

80 miles at altitude on bike. Made a difference.
Took this mix on an 80 mile bike ride called the "triple bypass" in Colorado. Had no problems with digestion or cramping. Legs felt great all day. Recovery during effort even seemed a little quicker. Altitude did affect my performance im a Midwestern fella. But this stuff made a difference in my fueling strategy for the day. Would totally buy this flavor again.

Pricey but effective.
A bit pricey. But they get the job done. You have to mix them in a particular way (the instructions that come with them are clear) so they dissolve. The taste is not bad. Surprisingly, not horribly sweet. No digestion issues. They powered me through my 50+ miles this season. No complaints.

Super high carb drink.
Purchased for pre-operative nutritional supplement. Does gave effect on blood sugar levels. Mixes easily and tastes OK. No stomach discomfort.

Liquid fuel that goes down smooth
Great product for very long ultra runs and races. Mixes well, and packets are small enough to toss in a vest. Not too tart and sustained energy!
