I used to take a brand from my doctor with the exact ingredients. I woke up every morning with a feeling of despair my whole life. It was high morning cortisol. This eliminated that for me.

I rarely write a supplement review but this stuff works amazingly well on my trouble falling and staying asleep. My doctor recommended it just clarifying I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before bedtime. I awake with normal energy - no grogginess or excessive pep. It's expensive but really works for me so I am a customer for life (assuming they continue to work). Smallish capsules - easy to take (but I rarely have problems with swallowing any pills).

I was hesitant because of the price and the fact that I have tried every sleep aid known to man without much luck unless I use prescription sleeps aids. She said to take one every day for 4-6 weeks and then as needed. It’s really worked for me. I fell into a good sleep pattern and if I find myself restless at bedtime, I take one and can feel it kick in. I don’t feel groggy the next day. I haven’t noticed any change in energy but getting good sleep is an overall game changer!
