I have purchased four essential oil diffusers and this one is my fave. I like the programming but also I like the tall bamboo look. Some units have too much "night light" effects and this one keeps that small but useful. I use it with PureAyre Odor Eliminator instead of water and essential oils. It works great with PureAyre to get rid of dog smell and marijuana odors. I can also use essential oils with PureAyre. I like my bathroom to smell like Lemongrass and I like that PureAyre gets rid of the funky toilet smells.

This is my 2nd InnoGrat diffuser. Previous one last about 2.5 years. The power cord started acting out. I thought I got my money worth $25-30 for 2.5 years. I was really happy to receive the new bamboo diffuser. It looks prettier. However, it only works for about a month. 2 weeks ago, it didn't turn on. I jiggle the power cord then it turned on. I haven't touch it for 2 weeks. Today I want to use it and it doesn't turn on. Jiggling the power cord doesn't work this time. Few reviewers have the same experience as mine. I haven't seen seller responded to any.*Update: The seller responded to my inquiry. They offer to replace it but I didn't like the replacement options. I opt for a refund. I’m impressed with the seller customer services. Most of Amazon sellers are none existence. I even ask them to suggest a new diffuser. I’ll definitely buy it from them again.

This is the best difusser I have ever had. First, you are getting 100% bamboo, the ease of using can't be matched and it is so much fun being able to have no lights, constant color lights or changing color lights. I got one for Christmas last year and there was about 2 months I did not use it. It had water in it along with some scents. At first I thought I clogged up the whole system but after running a cycle with clear water, it ran perfectly again. No clogs, no odd scents, nothing. I was so impressed with that with my Birthday money recently, I bought a second one for another room.Well worth getting for the quality and you cannot beat the price for real wood.

Ive been using this diffuser for about a month now and LOVE it. Design wise its sleek and refined but still eye catching, meshing well with deverse decor (midcentury modern to Boho). The lights on the side are one of my favorite features as it creates customizable ambient lighting. All in all great design. My only wish (and warning for the wise) is for a better lid. The top literally sits flat over the main chamber and does not secure into place so be wary of tipping, moving, as well as planning ahead for cats and kids around this device.All in all though, worth the buy!

This is such a beautiful diffuser, made very well and it works better than I anticipated!! Great gift idea as it is pleasing to the eye. Highly recommend product

This diffuser is a great size, easy to use. It’s very attractive diffuser. You can turn the lights on and off as well as change the colors. I like that I can run it at night with no lights since I don’t like extra lights when sleeping. Very happy with this purchase.

It looks nice and the quality seems pretty good. However, it is not practical and not useful. I placed it next to my workstation, I smelled the scent but just for a short while. Then, I tried in my bedroom and placed it very close to my bed, the scent only lasted a short while. Then I tried again, put it on for 2 hours in my bedroom and closed all the doors. When I come to bed, hopefully, the entire bedroom would be smelled nice. But disappointed, the diffuser might work well for small room.8/20/18 Update: added a star as they provided an exceptional customer service. I had purchased this same type of diffuser from this company 18 months ago, and this model really is an upgrade. Ultra fine vapor, excellent scent dispersement, very quiet. I find this one does a much better job with less oil, and I use it every night. I run on the second intermittent setting, and one full reservoir lasts three nights. I do refresh the oil each night. The ambient light is dreamy, and my advice is to hang onto the card that tells you which color is for which setting. The previous model worked well, but I noticed it took more essential oil to get the level I wanted. Highly recommend! It looks exactly as pictured and I love it.
