It's fine, it is what it says and it does the job but I'm disappointed that it doesn't smell of lavender even though I selected the 'with lavender' option.

I looked for a wheat bag that would lie flat on my neck and shoulders which this does. It says to heat for 2 and a half minutes which is fine. however, it is not hot at all and the warmth it does have soon disappears. I am reheating two or three times to treat the pain in my neck.I will continue to use but please check out others before purchasing this one.

the design is not great for 'frozen' shoulder issues as the seams prevent the item from heating all over

I had high hopes for this as I have the same brand but in a smaller 'straight' version I use to wrap around my arms. All seemed good to start, did the job well enough and the design meant it stayed on my neck/shoulders well. However, I can only assume that quality control has dropped in the 18 months or so between my purchasing the smaller item. It was only a matter of days before this one split and the filling burned in the microwave despite following the instructions to the letter. Returned. Would not buy this brand again as a result, sorry.

Disappointed with this item. The cover lacks softness and the whole item is surprisingly heavy. I found it uncomfortable to use on an already sore shoulder. Sadly it resides in the back of the drawer!

Seemed like a very good product at first and did it's job, BUT less than 3 months in the fabric failed and some filling came out leaving a very small hole. Next time in the microwave the filling started to smolder and the bag had to be binned. Yes it was used a lot, but should have lasted longer.

Could have held the heat a bit longer but that is just my opinion

This is my 3rd one of these! Very happy with the quality of this item. It has been so good that I had to buy another 2 for family since they kept taking my one - my wife uses this daily for her neck and shoulders and she absolutely loves it. Soft to the touch and holds heat a long time. Only recommendation would be to ask the manufacturer to make this both wider and longer so that it covers your shoulder more. Noticed since buying my 1st one 4yrs ago the size of the item is now smaller. Apart from this - it's very good!
