Great, once you know your size
I have trigger-thumb and in my experience this is a good splint, once you know what size to get. Pay attention when the physical therapist is fitting you, because you'll probably lose your first one and have to buy more. They tend to fall off unless you put a little bit of tape on them. They're very light compared to the big thumb splints they sell in retail drugstores, and I think that promotes healing. Size 9 is good for my thumb.

Worth the extra money
These work very well for trigger finger/thumb. I've tried cheaper ones that were not comfortable. Trust me, spend a little more for the Oval-8 brand. It's worth it!

Best splints for trigger finger!
Iโm a knitter whoโs got trigger finger due to a fall. Initially I wore this at night so my finger wouldnโt lock, but now I also wear it when knitting. My finger would lock when knitting and Iโd have to pop it back out at the end of a row. Now with wearing it keeps my finger in place and I can get my knitting done faster. Iโve purchased a couple of these packs so that I have on in each of my project bags and by my bed for nighttime. I highly recommend these finger splints!

Great but easy to lose
A bit expensive unless you buy a package. These are the best I have found for my trigger finger. Very comfortable and I am mostly not aware that I am wearing one while it keeps the joint immobilized. However, as others note, they slip off very easily, especially when wet, so can be easy to lose. Iโve misplaced three in about two months

Game changer
Pricy for five of these, but I was desperate to get them fast and gotta say they are great!! Game changer for my trigger thumb. You certainly are more free than with a wrist/thumb brace. Mostly comfortable too, but it does hit that module a little.

Easy to clean, not bulky, works
I have recurring issues with trigger finger. These splints allow me to function well while waiting for my next doctor visit. So much better than other splits I've used: 1. Other have foam and fabric parts, and are difficult or impossible to clean. With these I can wash them easily, and more important my hands while wearing them. 2. This split holds the one I have the split in, and keeps it from flexing, but doesn't touch the other fingers. My hand is much more usable while wearing this splint, than others I've tried.

great splint but buy a bunch - easily lost!
These do greatly help my joints affected by Rheumatoid Arthritis, but I feel like I should take out stock in the company, as I find they fall off constantly when I am busy, and I often don't notice at first. They have gone down the drain to the delight of my garbage disposal, been deemed a chew toy by our puppy, and disappeared into thin air, never to be seen again. So, once you are sure you have the right size(s), buy a bunch of them!
