Great Purchase!
Prior to buying this, I had purchased a HomeMedics one from a local chain store. It was similar, though I returned it within a week (some flaws, then malfunctioned). So I scoured the reviews before buying another. Comparatively, here are the main points: - If you are looking for a collapsible tub, it’s important to buy one that has the little bar/stand in the center to prevent it from collapsing with water in it. The HomeMedics one did not have it. I learned a hard lesson when I barely moved and it collapsed with water in it, flooding the bathroom floor (not relaxing!). The “kickstand” on this one is solid and prevents that from happening. Don’t buy one without it. - Heat. Many of them advertise “heated”. However most are only capable of “maintaining the heat”, not actually heating. Always start with hot water with all of them. However, this one truly does heat. I typically start with hot water that registers at 104-105. When it feels like the temp is going down slightly, I kick it up to 107ish and can feel the heater working and the water getting hotter. In fact, I usually kick it back to 105 once the prolonged 107 gets to be too hot. - I like the roller massagers at the bottom. There is an automated feature that can be used to turn them on. I’ve used that less because of the proximity with where I sit when I use the tub. I feel like my current set up still has me sort of pushing the bottoms of my feet against them while they are moving, which counteracts their movement. That said, if you are in a chair or position to recline back, they will work as intended. Regardless. It feels nice to roll my feet over them manually. - The wave feature is minimal, but that’s pretty much the case with all of them. You won’t find actual spa waves unless you either shell out for a real spa or pricey professional grade tub. So I don’t really see that as a con. It’s comparable to the other ones. - The remote is nice, however the one con that I see is that, if you lose or drop the remote into the water, there is not another method to turn it on. That said, the remote is magnetic/attaches to the top of tub when not in use, and it has not been a problem. - It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The instructions, tips, reminder stickers seemed to go above HomeMedics packaging and led me to believe the manufacturer went above and beyond to predict any possible warnings or questions. For what that’s worth… - The tub is also slightly deeper than the HomeMedics and other brands. - The other tub came with soaking salt. Currently I’m using lavender soaking salt with this. Not sure if I’m supposed to— I can see where possibly that could affect parts down the line, but who knows (I guess I could actually read the booklet if I wanted to…). All and all I am pleased with this purchase. I’ve used it every night for a week. No complaints.

dangerous product
short return window. I hate that on a item that is not for daily use. this product should be recalled. It is dangerous. the handle breaks easily. Luckly it was in the bathtub when i tried to pick it up with water in it. Had it chose to break while i was walking with it i would have been hurt and there would be a mess to clean up.

Cupilo CPL-5547
Since the Item's web page has a good description and photos, I will not add any more description (other than what is already stated) or photos. Nice Device. I have a few dry foot massagers, but this is the first one that you can also soak your feet while massaging. The Device compresses when not needed, and when needed, you expand it to hold the water and your feet. It has only 3 speed modes for massage, and 2 mode for Surf (water jets). The waters jets don't seem to be aimed correctly, or not strong at all, so I really didn't feel anything from the water jets. The Massage motion work well like other foot massagers I have The device does have a heating function keep the water at temperatures ranging from 95-118°F (35-48°C) . I would suggest using warm water that you feel comfortable with so you don't have to wait for it to heat up cold water. There is a timer function to set from 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 min. The remove is very handy, and is powered by a CR025 battery.

Foot Spa Bath Massager with Heat and Shiatsu.
This foot spa gives you an extraordinary salon massage at home after a long day. From the first use, I loved it for the following qualities: heat with circulation and motorized Shiatsu balls. It keeps the water warm while the balls rotate and press on tension points. It truly relaxes the soles, heels, and arches. The water circulates to improve circulation. It includes a pumice stone and brush to leave your feet soft while you relax. You can change the temperature and modes without bending over. The handle makes it easy to move and empty without spilling. Ideal if you spend a lot of time on your feet or are looking for a self-care gift. It's like having a pedicure and massage without leaving home.

Workable, but Design really Needs to be Revisited
It's fine, but could/should be better. If you look around, clearly this item is manufactured by a third party and then sold under different brans with slightly different configurations. My complaints: 1. Why is readout down between my heels rather than on top of unit? 2. Why is the range of the remote so limited? (literally have to be within 18 inches for it to register; I have to bend over to get it to work). 3. My handle broke on the fourth use, and I did not fill the unit higher than the rubberish material that folds, and I was not fooling around with it, just emptying the wastewater into the bathtub. 4. the magnet that holds the remote in place is too weak, it should be a very strong magnet if that is what we're going to rely upon to hold it in place. 5. The power cord is made into the unit, so there're no way to detach it, fold it up and place it inside. Also, the cover has no opening such that I could roll up the power cord, place it inside and then put the lid on and align the power cord into edge opening. 6. The lid does not latch into place, it just sits on top. Why? After all that, the unit is still useable, and I don't know that anyone else is making anything better. But at least a few of my mentions above should have been common sense (imho) and I'm disappointed that they were overlooked. But this is a useable device, just be very careful with it, and purchase it with full knowledge of its shortcomings.

For large feet!!! very sturdy, would buy again.
This is top of the line foot massage/soaker for big feet. Finally have one that fits. I have size 12 feet and there is still plenty of room. Thanks

Relaxing & Effective Foot Spa
This foot spa is a game-changer for relaxation! The heated water, motorized shiatsu massage balls, and soothing wave function create a spa-like experience at home. The remote makes it super convenient to adjust settings without bending down. It warms up relatively quickly (pro tip add some hot water to get to relaxation sooner) and maintains the temperature well. Perfect for tired feet after a long day—highly recommend!

Received another used product
Received the product yesterday. I've returned a previous purchased product because I received a used one. This one was also used. It's so frustrating that companies try to take advantage of the consumers. I cleaned it throughly, used it to provide a review of the product. The water didn't get hot and the surf mode seems not to work. Maybe that's the reason it was returned. I do not recommend this product.
