As mentioned by someone else these sets are of inferior quality to the proper LEGO sets. The parts don't snap together as easily and despite being stiffer to fit together they are easier to break apart than LEGO ones. The figures are very small and not the same scale as LEGO ones so its difficult to integrate them with LEGO sets. That said you do get a lot more bricks for your money than you would in an equivalent priced LEGO set.In our set there was a piece missing. I contacted Hasbro customer services who told me to take it up with the shop which, given this was a present, I was unable to do so. This is extremely poor compared to the service provided by LEGO for missing bricks which I've had to use once in the past. LEGO ship a replacement part out to you almost instantly.
