Works!!! Bought this for my fiancee cause she can take most things and Midol didn't seem to be helping so we got this. She loves it. Says it seriously helps with the cramping and to even out the mood swings.

Expensive but worth it!!! I have serious PMS mood swings and tend to be very agitated during this time. Since taking these I’ve been quite happy during my PMS. Never going anywhere without these again!

I don't know how this product works so well. My period is usually miserable with cramps, irritability, mood swings and whatever that pain is where it feels like your undercarriage was punched lol. The dosage is two pills up to four times a day. I started taking these 2 days before my period and continued it through the worst 3 days in the beginning. I did not have ANY pain or mood issues. Bleeding was the same but it almost felt confusing bc no other usual symptoms were present. I hate that you have to take so many pills and this product being expensive for the dosage, but it's the only thing that works incredibly for me. Buying the 10 ct pack is almost pointless as it will only last you 2.5 days ugh. If you stuggle with period pain, TRY IT at least. Four stars just because of the price.

This supplement is a game changer it really helps not only myself with my pms symptoms, my 16yr old loves these too! The only thing I'd change is, I just wish the bottle weren't less than half full. Because these are a little pricey but they do work.
