The lozenges have a strong mint taste to them. My nic addiction was satisfied using the lozenges. It's important to not swallow when the lozenge is in the mouth. Swallowing the nicotine lozenge or just the saliva with the lozenge in your mouth caused some serious reflux, burning stomach and throat also nausea. That is the nature of this product and a reason to smoke again. Don't fall for it, be strong, the tobacco industry depends upon your failure. Don't buy into it, it's a ploy. They want you and your generational experience to be a pawn, a salesperson for future profits. We can and will dismantle the tobacco industry. Important note: they're a bit expensive, but when the process is complete, imagine/calculate how much money you have puffed away and start saving that money so you can buy yourself something as a reward. Those rewards solidify our position as a reformed non-smoker, and you will attract others who want the same experience and you have the solution. What can I say…they’re nicotine mints and they work. They definitely help take the edge off of cravings, but of course you still need some willpower to pick up the slack. Compared to some other brands, I find these better tasting and less chalky. For me, they’re an effective alternative.

I stopped buying these when they changed the flavor and switched to the Amazon brand. The much cheaper brand tastes good, lasts long and is an excellent choice.
