Can normal super glue be used to treat cuts

Normal super glue can be used when there is no blood present - just gluing skin to skin. The problem comes in when there is blood present. Blood pH is ~7.4 7.35-7.45, and deactivates normal superglues, which is why medical superglues are designed to not be affected by that pH, and can be used on bloody and bleeding wounds.

Can this be used blowouts in gauged ears

it will seal lacerations, but it should not be used in the case of infection without properly treating the tissue first
