I’ve been on these for about 6/7months &I was skeptical it was actually helping me but about a month ago I ran out & didn’t have the financials to buy again &tht month was so bad my moods my fogginess just everything was so bad & I realised it was because I hadn’t had these vitamins so I am trying the Mind one &I feel Normal again so yes these do work very well happy customer

Bought this after extensive research into more natural perimenopause support. No weird side effects, happy to say I felt much better mood wise since I started taking this. Good value for money and no issues swallowing. Been taking this for 2 months now and finding it very effective in easing symptoms of perimenopause.

Seem ok not sure sometimes get headache with them

I have been taking these for 4 months and I feel a difference. I was informed that i was having severe mood swings. I was completely unaware of and I thought I would try these and see if they help. Wow, they do! On days I forget to take them someone in my family will ask why I am so mad. Again I didn't know I was mad. So I think back and, yep, I forgot to take my pill. For me this is worth everything. I don't like the mood swings or anger. These help me stabilize. Can not be without them.

Wanted to wait before I gave a honest review. I’m 49 & perimenopause. I will be honest I have not felt all the benefits yet from taking. I have noticed a change in my sleep, night sweats and brain fog! I have this on subscribe. I do recommend this product.

Does not have a taste at all, They are easy to drink and are very effective with great health benefits
