I love these electrolyte packets! The packets themselves are so small, which makes them perfect for travel since they don't take up much space. I travel internationally quite a bit, and I often visit places where I can't safely drink the tap water. That means I rely on bottled water, and for some reason I always end up drinking less than I should. These have made a huge difference in helping me stay hydrated. I also like that they contain vitamins and other nutrients, which gives me a little extra peace of mind while traveling. The flavors are surprisingly good, especially for a sugar-free drink. My favorites are Pink Lemonade, Blue Raspberry, and Watermelon. They honestly don't have that artificial sugar-free taste that a lot of similar products do. I first tried these on a trip to India, and I felt great the entire time. They really helped keep my energy up and made it much easier to stay hydrated. My only minor complaint is that they take a bit of shaking to fully dissolve, but it's really not a big deal. I've used plenty of drink mixes that are much worse. Overall, I love these and always pack them for trips. They've become a travel essential for me. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite products. It mixes well, and tastes really good, and the variety of flavors is appealing. I don't have any stomach issues with it, and I think I feel more hydrated when I use it. I walk and run outside a lot, and with the heat index, this is extremely refreshing to have on hand when I get back. I would recommend giving it a try because I think it's worth it.
