For a creatine monohydrate, this is arguably one of the best. Typical 5g per serving, and you get 80 for cheap price, making each serving almost close to .25 cents/serving. Blends with water very easily and has the same effect as any higher priced item. Very smooth, not very grainy at all. Increased focus, energy and muscle endurance for athletes or your everyday lifter.
