This flavor is excellent and can get addicting quite fast. Definitely an effective product. But drinking too much can lead to the sense of perpetual hydration because of how these drinks affect electrolyte balance. Use when electrolytes have been lost from working out or other physical activity / sweating from heat.

Lemon Lime Gatorade is so DELICIOUS and it does help rehydrate you when you drink it and I have been drinking Gatorade since sometime in the 1970's . They should have stayed with the Glass Bottles and Metal Lids instead of switching to plastic . The taste hasn't changed in all of those decades and thats how it should be . When I started drinking Gatorade , the only favors that were available besides the Lemon Lime flavor was Orange . Today there are nore flavors for your money . One of the newer flavors that I enjoy is Grape and I think that there is a flavor called Glacier Cherry ? Tesco Supermarkets use to sell the Smaller bottles of Gatorade but I haven't seen any of them in quite some time . If you are going to buy a case of Gatorade PLEASE make sure that you read everything before you pay for it . Another thing to keep in mind is that its cheaper to buy a case of 24 bottles because Supermarkets and especially Bodegas will charge you more for single bottles . So , yes it is real value for money especially if you want to enjoy a delicious bottle of Gatorade and your choice of flavor .

I repeatedly purchase these. They're the perfect size for grab and go, or when you need a quick pick me up and boost in blood sugar and electrolytes after yard work or cleaning the house. Good value for the price. My favorite flavor of Gatorade has always been lemon-lime.
