I purchase Ashwagandha Tea my first time trying the tea no sugar added no honey added i figured to try it just the tea without adding anything it's okay I actually drank a cup of Ashwagandha Tea it really soothe my stomach cramps gone it helps get rid of toxin

after 15 minutes of drinking this at night, i get this soothing sensation. really good tea

This tea has a very distinguishing taste. You will need to spruce it up, with honey and maybe a little lemon. But the taste of it is very strong and powerful. You have to find a way to make it taste better to your liking.
