Wrong product shipped...
I won't do business with Tech Copy again. I THOUGHT I was buying this product...ordered the cartridge in January of 2013, and put it on the shelf until I needed it, which was today...outside the company's return window. When I realized that they had shipped the wrong item, I immediately contacted them and asked to exchange the incorrect item for what I originally ordered. After originally stating that they stand by what they sell, and telling me (incorrectly) that the wrong product was compatible with my printer, they declined to exchange the wrong cartridge for the right cartridge.I should have checked more carefully when the box arrived...but still am disappointed that the company wouldn't make it right, when it was their error.
