I do not understand the 1 star review for this item. I have found it to be really good value for the money.Delivery was quick and the rug was securely wrapped. On receipt the rug was rolled up and it was initially difficult to get it to lie flat. However I rolled it the other way out and left it for a few hours. The rug then lay flat except in one corner, this I weighted down with a paperweight for 24 hours and the problem was resolved, simples!The colour is a combination of greys, as accurately shown in the photograph provided by the seller. I love the way it looks in my lounge, the most dominant shades are lighter greys which I have found lightens the room. I have a grey laminate floor in my lounge and the rug compliments this well.The rug sits securely on the laminate floor and does not slip around, I find it very safe to walk on or across. Because it is a short pile it is easy to vacuum and keep clean. Unfortunately a piece of cooked carrot was trodden on, on the rug, in the first week I had it. The stain was easily removed using carpet cleaner and the colour of the rug was not affected.I have no hesitation in recommending this rug.

This is the worst carpet I ever purchased. For the price I thought it would at least be good quality but please trust me it is NOT. I am actually stunned by the reviews saying how good it is. From day 1 it didn't stay in place, moved around and started creasing. So we bought some carpet Dr tape to keep in down, and maybe 1 day later it starts coming up again. The material must be paper because it weighs less than my little finger. There's absolutely 0 quality in this carpet please don't buy. Oh and it looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement picture. Please see attached

Delivered in a timely fashion and well packaged. I'm surprised at the negative comments as this rug is quite expensive looking considering the low price. There are mentions of its thinness but this is a flat close weave rug not a shag pile and as such one cannot expect it to be of considerable thicknessThe colour is lighter than depicted but then photos are deceptive and the rug is more silvery grey with slightly darker markings. Nonetheless it looks rather elegant.I laid the rug flat out face down for an hour , thereby allowing it to unfurl and it did just that.When one takes into consideration the modest price ( rugs can be outrageously expensive ) this rug is a bargain and I for one am delighted with my purchase

So glad I chose this rug! Was unsure at first after reading some of the comments but decided to take a chance and I don't regret it one bit. Fast delivery and came well packaged and protected. It's only been on the floor for a couple of hours but is already laying pretty flat. It feels soft to touch, unlike some low pile rugs. Can't comment on cleaning yet as only just received it. It's lovely to walk on, although I need to get some rug gripper to stop it slipping, but I was aware that before purchasing it. The colour is lovely and everyone loves it including the dog!! Definitely value for money 😁

I was initially underwhelmed when I rolled out this rug. I suspect it was because it didn't look it's best fresh out of it's packaging. However, now it in situ and had a chance to straighten out, it's grown on me. In fairness, you can't go wrong at this price.

I have to say that I returned this item and was refunded purely for the reason that what I thought would be grey was more silver so did not match my decor. I bought it for my kitchen with it being short pile as the tiled floor is very cold in winter.Returned free of charge and refunded within days.It is a really nice rug. An absolute bargain for the price. Appears to be hard wearing. Amazing quality for a third of the cost from town shops.I'm actually disappointed to have had to return it but I would not hesitate to buy again in the right colour.

I bought this rug because my previous one was shag pile and my roomba kept getting tangled in it and because I’m so lazy I didn’t want to keep getting the vacuum out to clean it. When this arrived, I thought it was a bit thin, but now it’s laid out I like it and so does my roomba.

I purchased this mat for my husband to have in his study. He uses it to extend out from under his desk lengthways, so he has something to roll his chair on. (We have pale laminate floorboards that scratch). Actually I have another similar mat from the same manufacturer in my office, and we are both happy with them. Only one slight downside - due to the light weight of these mats, it is a challenge to get them to lay flat, so I occasionally stumble on a corner.
