Very poor quality. Especially the case and earbuds are very low quality for the price range , its only worth ₹500. Audio clarity is very poor and if i adjust the volume level to full , it only hear like a 70% sound. No Bass and ANC and other features they said in the description. Totally waste of money. When i try to return the product it says that only replacement available. Then i go for replacement but it says contact the manufacturer. Finally I contacted the Amazon customer care and they will arrange a return and refund and it took approximately 4 days. thanks to amazon and team especially the customer agent”Neha”

The battery life is good, sound quality is good, its touch features is not wider, design is cool, don't buy for gaming because i experienced high latency with every device - laptop, android phone, range is good and hook helps it stay in place so good for sport persons and gym bros, this will not damage your years compared to traditional earbuds

Defective Product, Poor Battery Performance, and No Effective Customer Support I received a defective product, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The headset has never functioned reliably. Either only one earbud works, or it constantly displays a low battery warning even after being fully charged. The charging issue makes the product practically unusable. Despite following the recommended charging procedure, the battery drains almost immediately or fails to charge properly. This appears to be a serious battery or hardware defect. I contacted customer support and requested assistance, but my complaint was not resolved. Despite reporting the issue, I did not receive an effective solution or a satisfactory response. I purchased this product expecting a reliable headset, but instead received one that fails to perform its basic function. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for a dependable, long-lasting headset. I hope Amazon and the seller take this issue seriously, improve their quality control, and provide better support to affected customers.

Best for carry and comfortable for ears. But sound is to low in crowd area but normaly sounds are great

Sound is good but not that high. If using while driving bike and with helmet, it's useless. U need to keep it full volume and cannot wear for longer time inside helmet unlike few other brands. Build quality and finishing is good. Looks premium.

Very disappointing product. I do not recommend buying these earbuds. I'm facing serious issues from the beginning: The earbuds disconnect and reconnect repeatedly during phone calls. Even when they are inside the charging case, they stay connected to my phone. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable, making them frustrating to use. For the price, the quality and performance are not acceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product. Save your money and consider another brand until these issues are fixed.

not sure I'll keep it as I'm looking for something very specific but I will say these are excellent quality. Sound is superb, neckband is functional, headphones are secure with the TWS earloops or the neckband. Great design. Touch/gesture controls are solid... I wish this had an app to customize the gesture controls. I would prefer to be able to change the volume up/down to hold-touch gestures. When you hold touch, on the left side—it plays a strange message? "We fight" or "Game over" to volume up/down, you have tap once each time for a volume level. which is a bit cumbersome, especially given that other gestures are multiple taps, like 3 taps quickly for previous/next on either side. a hold touch would be much better for volume control. I am very likely returning this but again, only because I'm looking for a very specific design and function. I absolutely recommend trying this product. one of the better pairs of open ear headphones I've sampled. Solid product! Pros: +Secure Neckband, earloops +Great sound quality +Easy to clean, it seems? +Simple, functional touch-gesture controls Cons: -A little stiff to change between neckband/earloops. Have to be careful pushing them out. Definitely could break if too forceful. This is cumbersome when you need to detach the neckband daily to charge. Magnetic neckband/earloops attachments would solve this instead of this slip-in structure. 🧲 -No application to customize/personalized settings, gesture touch controls. Gesture controls locked in as-is.

The pods worked fine for 2 months and then just stopped working. I tried resetting and repairing, but nothing worked. The charging case had 4 solid green lights so I assume that the pods were fully charged. No lights would come on either pod even when I attempted to reset them. So there is no toll free number and this product is made in India, but there was an email address. I emailed them, but only got auto-emails back. The emails suggested that I reset the pods or write a complaint. I already tried both of those. I would just like to be refunded. Terrible product and terrible customer support. UPDATE: I did get a couple of emails from the support department in India. Basically, no different options for me to troubleshoot than those listed on their website. In their last email, they sent me a video of how to reset the pods. UGH! Same story from them over and over. IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! I sent them back a video of me walking through the steps that they told me to follow. IT DOESN'T WORK!!! My last email was on 01/27/2026. It's now 3 weeks later so I'm going to assume that I will never hear from them again. What a piece of crap product and piece of crap company that won't stand behind their product!

I think the earbuds are well-designed and good for ear health because the situational awareness feature helps users stay aware of their surroundings and improves safety. In my opinion, the battery life needs improvement because the earbuds often switch off during long calls. One concern of mine is that the design can make them feel easy to lose depending on how they are worn. I probably give them 3 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️
