Having bought an expensive Nintendo Switch for my 5 year old son I then faced the problem of making sure it wasn't going go get damaged. After spending a long time looking at different cases I eventually settled on the Orzly carry case based on previous reviews. Thankfully I wasn't disspointed! The case is everything I needed it to be, firstly its made of a strong durable material which is nice to touch and its got a sturdy carry handle on the top. The zip is high quality, no snagging or not opening properly. Inside the case is lined with a soft material to protect your device and has a specific area for the switch with two elasticated straps. There is then a flap which folds over to protect the screen which doubles up as a game holder and there is another mesh area which you can put all your extra bits in like chargers etc. So far it's stood the test of time, its been to the USA and to Turkey and the switch is still in perfect condition. It gets used by my son on a regular basis and I would say its an essential must have item if you have a switch. Don't hesitate, this is top quality and fairly priced.

This case is good, but struggles to pack certain features that other cases in this price range do, fitting extra joycons into the top pocket was a struggle and left me feeling like I was crushing the switch when I closed the case.It is also near impossible to tell which side is the top when you open the case, and would often end up opening it upside down, a logo on the top would have been nice.Also since there is no zip on the accessories compartment, I often opened my case to find the joycon straps and usb charging cable sprawled over the top of my switch

I've been using this for just over a week and this case is superb. I have filled it with my switch console - complete with joycon, shell casing and screen protector. As well as my RavPower 26800 and cable, and an additional charger and cable for my phone.It would easly pack in an extra set of joycon (or two), but doesn't fit the pro controller or joycon grip. You can comfortably fit in-ear headphones, mobile phones, or flat/foldable accessories for switch in to the top part.The outer case is solid, and has a great feel to it while being descrete. It is a functional case rather than a stylish one. There is a very sturdy feeling handle on the folding edge of the case with a rubber grip, and a nice outer zip. There is unfortunately no way to lock the zipper if this is something you might need.Inside there is a net pocket for holding the aforementioned accessories and a space for your switch which has some great elastic strips to secure the switch in place so it doesn't 'float around' inside. The two halves are separated by a felt covered divider, this has space for 8 game cartridges on the accessory pocket side. This doubles as a protector for your screen so it never gets scratched by the accessories.I am really happy with this case, it is exactly what any switch owner would need for trips away.

I ordered this specific case as it is from "Orzly" and i've recently come to see them as a reputable brand, especially after buying their protective glass for the Switch. However this case so far has been lower than my expectations.There's a strange factory smell that makes me feel as though It's going to give me respiratory problems I hope this passes with time, and if it does I will update the review to be more than the current amount of stars. The case also has a branding of "X-Dragon" which maybe I was to blind to have not have noticed but wasn't advertised / shown in any of the pictures? I would have expected an "Orzly" branding if anything (which I would have been fine with) but the current one leads me to believe that there may have been a mistake in delivery?As for the durability of the case, so far it seems good. I haven't actually used it to leave the house yet, but I'm sure it will do the job just fine - assuming I keep this case as the smell is terrible.

Does the job it's designed for.Holds my switch and stores my game cards.I have mainly got it for protecting my switch whilst around the house and travelling.The case is well made and seems robust enough to provide protection and it holds/fits the switch really well.The securing elasticated straps are niggling me as I forget to take them off before lifting out the switch LOL.I have a lot of dead space as I don't yet have other joy-cons to keep in the top bit so there is some unused space for me but i'm sure that will change over time. I would have preferred a section to hold the joy-con strap bars rather than just keep them in the top loose behind the mesh as they move about too much for me so at this point I am leaving them out and will pack them separate when travelling. I like the card storage bit as it gives that extra line of defence to the screen.Other than that it's all good for me and would recommend this product.

Nice style, very functional, and (at discounted £15 rate) good price. Not especially rugged, but fine to prevent the odd knock or drop, and to keep the Switch safe when packed in with other luggage or on the move.As others have said, the top pouch is a little too slack. But also pretty useful; I have the spare joycon sides, an audio cable, and a USB-C charging cable in there, and this fits nicely.The only other thing I find a little irritating is that I keep opening it upside down; there is nothing to distinguish the top from the bottom. (I don't want to draw or stick anything on it, as it'll possibly spoil how it looks.) Now I've developed a system of closing the zippers in the same place, this isn't really a problem. But a logo or something on one side would have been nice.
