I wood stand by this product.

Tried this with sour dough loaf with little success because we had to put it on its side. Think it'll be fine with my sandwich or french loaf. Have to be careful to not cut through the wood on the opposite side with the knife.

This is very durable and works well. It has 3 different sizes of slices and o appreciate that. Love that you can adjust width so your loaf doesn’t slide around. It stores nicely

It's probably great for somebody who is into lots and lots of gadgets I just was looking for something that would help me hold the bread still and be able to cut even slices. Unfortunately this thing my loaf of bread wouldn't even fit in right, but it is nice quality I will say that

I feel like it works well, but when I’m slicing the bread, I can start shaving bits of the bamboo off as well if I’m not super careful. I don’t know yet if this is a long-term problem.
