It's sort of like a week worth of use and they sorta no...
I have them right there in my back pack for whenever it calls to use some toggs. I only bought them for the price they were.Having that set asideI'm really actually looking forward to putting them through some use.

Listened to other reviews and got exactly what I hoped to get.
I'm 5'6" and wear 30" inseam pants. I read the other reviews and decided to play it safe and just order a size small. I wanted to make sure that when I tried them on that I didn't end up swimming in them. Anyway, I Just unpacked them and tried them on over my clothes. First impressions. High crotch, length is perfect! I'm not stepping on the cuffs. Just loose enough for layering. The shoulder straps are elastic and adjustable. I make them as long as possible and the crotch issue is resolved. They float real nice on me. If you're taller than 5'6" you can't wear size small. You'd have to modify the shoulder strap length.Next is the flexibility test because I don't wanna rip out the crotch. I drop into a squat and they slide real nice over my clothes. They do stretch snug over the top of the thighs though, but loose everywhere else. The crotch seems pretty well constructed. Next I step one leg up on a chair and do a deep runner stretch with the other leg as far back as possible. No problems at all and crotch isn't stressed. I would like them to be just a "little" more baggy so they don't stretch snug over the top of the thighs while squatting, but I refuse to lose how well they fit everywhere else. Now the zippers. For me, the chest zipper goes low enough so I can use the head. Something I was expecting not to have, so that's a great bonus. The leg zippers are more than high enough for access but the adjustment straps pull from the side to the front. Shouldn't they pull from the side/front to the back? The result is this weird scoop ends up on the sides. Not very streamlined. No matter, I'll remove it myself and put it where I want it.They fit perfect enough to keep. If I somehow end up ripping the crotch out there's no way I would ever need to replace them with anything larger than a medium. In fact from what I gather from the other reviewers I would be swimming in them. I'm dinging one star for the lack of chest pockets (zippered ones would be perfect) and the lack of hand pockets as well (zippered ones would be good there as well).I'll update after I put them through their paces. I'm still waiting for my jacket to show up.

I bought frog Toggs again for side by side rain gear!
I have had frog Toggs Rain gear before. My pants finally wore out after three years and I am using this for trail riding in West Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee. It keeps me dry and is very light weight. I decided to go with the bib pants this time. I bought large and they fit fine over jeans and my boots. The fact that I use my rain gear a maybe six to eight a times a year justifies the cost versus high-end gear. I will buy again when I need them.

Not good on a motorcycle. Crotch seeps water.
Performance:I bought these to see if I could use them with my motorcycle commutes when it got wet outside. I like the bib in combo with my motorcycle rain jacket. Unfortunately, even just in mist/fog type moisture, these pants will seep in the crotch. Everything else is fine. I'm sure it's just that the seems aren't meant to be tested while under the stress of sitting on a motorcycle. If I just stand up and let someone spray me with a water hose, everything repels water fine.Construction:The material is extremely lightweight and tougher than it appears. It's not that easy to rip this material. The seams don't have any visible defects that would allow them to leak which is why I'm sure they work perfectly when not under stress. Under extreme heat, like an exhaust pipe, they will melt fast. Keep them away from a strong heat source. Conclusion:I'm 5'10" 200 lbs and I bought them to go over a bunch of riding gear so I bought an XL, I could have easily gotten away with a L. These sizes are already set up to account for going over a layer of clothing. If you want to stay dry while walking around, these will work beautifully. If you want to stay dry while riding a motorcycle, they will get your crotch wet after about 20 mins; everything else will be dry.

OK but defective
I love them for light work on the farm. Have been using them for years. Light weight and cuts the wind. This pair came with one leg zipper messed up. But the day they came needed to put too use, so didn't return. Makes them hard to get on and off. Except for that aggravation they work fine.

Not what I expected!!
It feels like wearing a black contractor bag!Was expecting a garment type bib, not a flat plastic bib.

Great storm bib for outdoor work or cheap lightweight protection!
These bad boys keep me dry working in the woods through rain and snowstorms. They are the ugliest rain gear I've ever seen, but you can't ding them for that when the performance:price is through the roof and you need to stay dry for work. The zippers on the bottom of the legs allow me to pull them over clunky work boots with little issue. Combined with a good pair of boots and gaiters, I've stayed warm and dry for hours in knee-high snow. The material appears cheesy and did get snagged once or twice on sharp branches. Their lack of presentation means I'm not afraid to patch them if this does happen, and really, I think they have handled more than they were designed for. After a full day in blowing rain/snow, the inside can get damp, but not wet, and only on the knees where I was kneeling in them. The baggy fit also means if you're wearing them over a heavy pair of work pants they would take a very long time to allow moisture to your legs - I've never had that problem with these overalls. They are also pretty breathable which counters any moisture buildup decently. I wear them over work pants and/or insulation/baselayers and stay warm and dry and am able to shed them pretty easily when the moisture stops and I overheat. Without spending much more, you won't find better rain protection, and you certainly won't want to wear something that expensive for work purposes where you'll likely damage them.

Paper pants
Itβs like wearing paper. It repels water I would not say waterproof. Started to leak after wearing them 3 times

Careful on sizing
The XL is big as a tent....I am 6'1" 240 lbs and they were huge. I returned for L and still got lost in them. Lightweight breathable but do not appear to be very hardy for outdoors. I have Columbia rain pants and they are heavier weight and 10 yrs old and better fit. Returned for refund.

Very good buy
this is my 2nd time buying item. Replaced my current one which still works except the knee part got torn off over time. Knee pads will help. durable for all around heavy or light yard work, ligtweight and waterproof. Easy to put on over my clean clothes. Im 5' 8" medium built and bought medium which is a bit loose but small will be too tight. A zippered pocket or inside pocket will be big polus for me to give it 5 stars. Just a place to put my keys or cell phone.

Lite weight but can rip easy
I've had this bib pants before. They are 100% water proof and wind proof which is great when working outside in the winter here in Canada. Only thing to watch for when wearing them is that they can rip very easy cause the material is so lite weight. Also stay away from open flames as well. I was close to a Bon fire wearing these pants and they melted onto my work pants undereith.
