Great gift, came nicely packaged
Bought this as a birthday gift for my mom, and she absolutely loves it. The packaging was presentable, and the user manual was clear enough for her to figure out on her own. She's been using it every day and told me her skin feels firmer and more hydrated. Even my dad tried it for his neck and said it felt like a mini massage. Might have to get one for myself too. Great value for money.

Good but stopped using
It does what it claims. However, it can only work a very small area at a time. If I could do it over, I would have shipped this and just ordered a larger red light therapy pad to begin with.

Works as intended
Very nice product has only been using it for a little while, but it seems to be working as intended. Skin feels softer. Haven't noticed as much on neck as cheeks and face. good value and works as described.
