Extremely short straps
My daughter absolutely loves everything about this bag, apart from the actual straps. She is only 8 and the bag states for children and teens etc but she can’t wear it on her back, not even on 1 shoulder without the bag being so far up that it is touching her hair and back of her head. Having to send back for that reason, it isn’t practical having a backpack that can’t be used on your back, unfortunately.

Do not recommend
This backpack it just looks nice but can't be used. After 1 week, with my little one only carrying a water bottle in it, it ripped off. Better buy something else
