Note that everyone's understanding of good and bad are different. Points below are just my experience. Therefore, I will try my best to give my very clear review for potential buyers.1. It is definitely a firm mattress - no doubt. NOT medium, NOT soft.2. If you are used to sleep on the memory foams such as Silentnight brand you will find this mattress too firm. Then it is not for you!3. It is comfortable. Good night sleeps so far.4. There is no significant smell - if there is it is minimum and goes away in a day or two5. Quality is good. No deformation so far.6. Sides are thick - 30cm - therefore you will need a king size fitted sheet.7. Some complaint about the temperature. I personally did not feel anything unusual.8. Price is really competitive.9. Delivery time is long. It took 3 weeks.10. Delivery packaging (box) was very poor! It was ripped in various places, thankfully the original mattress plastic cover was not damaged. However, I took the photos in case.11. Mattress is not too heavy so one person can easily turn it over etc.12. It is the early days so I am hoping that long term performance of this bed is also good.

Omg! It’s fab. I found this on Amazon, read all the reviews and then did extensive research on similar more expensive mattresses available on line as well as others from every high street company. Eventually, I thought I’d take a punt and see how these would pan out; thinking if they didn’t work out I’d pass them on. I bought two single 200x100 mattresses to fit our weird sized American ‘Eastern Super King’ bed (our preference rather than ordering just the one mattress) and I have to say they are BRILLIANT. The foam didn’t smell at all ( often a complaint with similar mattresses) they are gloriously thick and to sleep on them is a dream. They definitely feel firm ( if you like bounce there’s none here and this type of mattress is not for you) yet very supportive; you kinda sink into them - it’s feels like a millimetre or two; it’s barely obvious but it’s clear something good is going on! They are not hot ( often a problem, again, with these type of mattresses) and our respective back aches disappeared in one night- as per another reviewer. It’s amazing! I’m SO delighted with them and can’t wait to climb into bed every night and get a good night’s sleep. As one reviewer said we are all being ripped off by the manufacturers and here you can buy a brilliant mattress for less. My only gripe is that delivery takes too long. I needed these urgently and a 10 day plus wait was too long and then they shipped the items separately which was a pain. But I’ll still award 5 stars.

Lovely, comfortable, luxurious feeling mattress which has been an absolute pleasure from the moment I received it.It is very deep, so I would recommend buying extra deep fitted sheets to use on it (I have, just about, managed to fit my regular depth ones on it, but they keep popping up at the corners, which is most annoying).The memory foam is quite deep, which may take some getting used to if you haven't slept on it before (which I hadn't), but once you get used to it it is quite simply the most comfortable night's sleep I have ever had.I would also say that the firmness errs towards the firm rather than medium side, but the memory foam takes all the edge off that and it has done wonders for my quality of sleep.I am rather heavy myself (around 20 stone), and my partner is 6'6" and 27 stone, but this mattress absorbs all his movements and does not leave me rolling into him all the time, which I've struggled with on other mattresses.The sellers are in Barcelona, Spain, so it will take a few weeks to arrive, but is more than worth the wait, and they dealt with a minor problem with their delivery company (the first one they sent to me was lost by their couriers) with excellent and speedy customer service, polite and very customer focused. All in all, they were a joy to deal with.Highly recommended.

This is a difficult product to review as everyone has their own opinion on what makes a good mattress. But here's mine anyway!It's not medium/firm, it's FIRM. We previously had an orthopaedic mattress but like us it was getting old. I spent a lot of time reading reviews - so much choice! This mattress came rolled up, was easy to open and took barely minutes to settle.It does have a slight smell but I just left the windows open for the best part of that day and we slept on the mattress the next day.The jury is out on whether we are going to keep it - it may sound daft but we both find it less easy to turn over at night! The mattress doesn't 'give' - it's well made and looks good but I think it's just too firm - no way would I describe this as medium, that's my only gripe. So if you've slept quite comfortably on the floor in the past then this is the mattress for you.

first of all the item came from France, when i checked the tracking info, it took over a week to be delivered, Heremes was supposed to deliver on Friday and Amazon stated your package will come but didnt turn up till the following day.Now for the mattress, i did not want to review on the first night , the first nights sleep was really bad, as the mattress is new , i woke up with hip pain the whole day , the second night was not so bad, my guess is that you will need to let the mattress wear in a bit before coming to a conclusion, overall it was easy to take out the packaging and let it fill up, i just hope it last atleast 10 years. my old mattress lasted 13 years.
