Great value for money. Just what I needed when training for and taking part in an event.

I used to only run 5k's because when I ran 10k, I would get these awful headaches later on in the day. It came down to the fact that I wasn't drinking water as I was running, but chugging it when I got home which apparently was too late. As someone with small hands, I hated holding a bottle whilst I ran so this kit was perfect for me with the small bottle included. Hydrating throughout my run meant I could go longer distances. While I normally wouldn't have the gels during a casual run, they really saved my bacon on race day. So all in all couldn't be happier with my trusty bottle and gels. Would recommend to anyone just getting into longer distances before they want to go full water bladder kit and kaboodle ;)

Good - gels are quite nice depending on flavour but the water bottle seems a bit cheap and starts to warp after a couple uses
