Awesome workout true to Mari's signature moves.
Mari Winsor has been a name in my home for a long time. I had her 3 DVD set from beginners to advanced at one time and I enjoyed them very much. I had to replace them because they got lost in a move and I am trying to get back into shape so I turned to the person who I trust to give me the proper Pilates work out based on my ability. I was pleased to find this had a resistance band as I have not done Pilates with one before.The DVD is awesome, Mari's signature moves are easy to follow even for a beginner. I am fond of this series in particular because it offers 5 different routines. I am currently working on rebuilding my strength and she offers that level plus a wonderful 15 min stretch that I adore! Using the band that comes with it makes the movement even better for me, I feel stronger already and I have been using this about 2 weeks. I am not ready to go on to advanced levels yet but I am certainly able to keep up with the lower level workout.Overall, I am super happy, each workout is easy for me to follow, Mari is a great teacher with modification for any level, I love the band that comes with it, it's well made and pink so I feel girly.I have nothing negative to add at this time. I love this DVD!

Pink Band is Tricky
The pink band is difficult to use. It takes several rounds of practice to learn how to keep it from bunching up or snapping off your feet. And because it will move suddenly and snap against you it can be uncomfortable. BUT! The routines on this DVD offer great new moves to try, especially for the experienced Winsor Pilates user. I have used Winsor Pilates for over 12 years and I found many of the moves here challenging and new. I especially like the Flow, Restore and Stretch options. The Energize routine is a doozy.If you don't already have the Winsor Pilates with Accerlator workout get that first, it's the best there is. If you're looking to expand your existing Winsor library then this is a good addition.

Good Workouts
These workouts are very good to tone and strengthen your body. They are quite advanced. I am just beginning to do Pilates so I am doing the poses as best as I can and some of them I won't do because they are too hard on my back. Just do the best that you can do and if you practice consistently you can get better at the poses. For beginners, I would suggest doing just one 15-minute segment. There are 5 segments in total.

Fast & Furious
Great moves. Love the included resistance band. Only problem I have is that she moves too quickly from one thing to the next. I barely have time to understand and follow the cues much less get anything from the move before she is on to the next. I would also love it if there were modifications provided.

What a workout!
Though it will take some time to get used to these new workouts of Mari, I am still a big fan of hers for pilates and it feels good!

Hard and helpful
It's all moving a bit fast to me, but other than that it's harder than what I thought it would be. Great for losing weight!

I would not recommend it for beginners or for anyone with any health ...
I ordered this edition because I wanted to use the stretch band to assist with stretches. I found these workouts to be for advanced Pilates practioners. I would not recommend it for beginners or for anyone with any health issues.

Mari Winsor's Pink Ribbon Pilates ...
I enjoy Winsor Pilates, I use these workouts on days when I just want a quiet, peaceful workout. Mari is encouraging and challenging with a verypleasant demeanor.
