Pretty horrible experience. First the cable stops working in less than 1.5 months. Then the aftersales service totally sucks. I told the service centre before coming that I didn't have the box with me but had the invoice, but they agreed. Once I reached there they refused to provide warranty without the box. I again came back withe box and now have to wait for atleast another week for the replacement. Horrible experience buying from Kratos. 8 days after submitting the cable, there is no replacement yet.
