When this product came to me it was already unpacked. Someone might have used it. Level of the sanitizer was also low. I was about to replace but I was busy with work. So I forgot about it. I was using this product from last few months. Product is good but my last parcel was having this issue. As I know this product comes with packaging. Last time that was not there.
