Great tool for golfers
Cool product. Helps with my swing and to loosen me up before a round of golf. Grip is not to big or to small. It is very easy to use.

Good swing trainer
For a lefty, this a good practicing tool. I have made changes with this trainer to my swing that has improved results. The biggest two things I continue to work with is swing speed and grip pressure. Being anle to use it in the house, outside or on the range is a good benefit.

Spring loaded
This is a spring loaded trainer.. it doesn’t stay in the extended position. It extends with the momentum of your swing, then automatically retracts as you follow through. Maybe I read the description wrong, but I thought it was telescoping. Still works well though. I was really purchasing for the the grip trainer that it has.

Imporve your game almost overnight!
Has improved my golf game a lot! Better contact and no more casting. Went from a 6 handicap to a 3 in a short time using this trainer.

Useful tool with unexpected benefit
Super easy to use, compact, and genuinely helpful is supporting making that mental connection to specific muscles when trying to master my golf swing. Bonus: My daughter gets a real kick out of watching me use it in the backyard and her laugh makes it worth every penny.

Great product
Love the grip and the fact that it comes with the arm strap too. Good quality too and doesn’t feel it’s coming apart even when I swing hard. Tremendous value for money

Broke after one week
It was awesome while it lasted. Great indoor tool to help with swing feel and it would've gotten 5 stars if it lasted more than a week. Unfortunately, it broke after one week of use. Really disappointed in how short it lasted. Not worth it unless this was a freak accident.

They don’t have a left handed model. They claim to but it’s not. And only offered $10 as a refund. Yet to hear back from them. If you are a lefty, do not buy this!

My partner is left handed and new to golf. After just a few impromptu go at it, she already increased her swing speed and release. As a bonus, she corrected her grip. Best and most affordable learning tool we got so far.

Did not come with arm band - specifically bought it because it was supposed to come with arm band. Item is interesting and is helpful though.
