Neutrogena Hydro Boost Translucent Loose Setting Powder, .44 oz

I was a bit skeptical about the claims made for this powder, but it lives up to them. I have dry skin and usually stay away from powders, but this left my skin feeling and looking softer. It blends perfectly. I'm adding it to my skincare routine.

The BEST. It goes on nicely, stays put and in South Texas it's in the 90°+ already so we sweat. This powder kept my makeup on through a hot day of live music outside. It doesn't take much. I use a blush brush. I no longer use pressed powder for shine or oil so it's a good value too. It doesn't break me out like other products.

I have very sensitive reactive skin which is why I typically have to use some sort of dewy foundation. I paired this Neutrogena setting powder with Neutrogena Healthy Skin Sensitive Skin Serum Foundation with Pro‑Vitamin B5. This set was the perfect pairing. The serum foundation helped restore my skin, more hydrating vs dewy. Then the setting powder adds another layer of hydration without creasing. As a woman of color the powder seems to have a little tint that pairs well with light to medium tone black women. This pairing is a new favorite that I will keep as my makeup routine. Also, the price for both, you can beat it in today’s market.

This is another great product from Neutrogena. Great coverage. Lasts all day.

I’m a Guy.. my first experience with powder. My biggest problem was trying to get the product to dispense on my brush. One I used it, it was very effective on my cover up. Overall, a good product.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I have dry skin and regular powders are too drying. this one is almost too hydrating. I have to use way more than I expected to control shine. However the quality is good.

This powder is soft and transparent. It goes on easily with a brush. Some noted difficulties opening to get powder out, so wanted to add my experience. The powder container holes are covered with a transparent plastic sticker which is hard to see. See pictures. You have to peel it off and then turn the plastic round top until the holes are exposed open. I like it because I can turn the top to seal up the holes before putting the lid back on so it doesn’t leak in my purse. Overall I think this is great for the price point.

Tried so many other powders and nothing comes close to this one! Could never find the right color for my skin and since I'm prone to breakouts (even at 59) what I use has always been an issue. This powder is perfect for me! Doesn't cause breakouts and blends perfectly with my skin tone. Looks very light in the container, but morphs into the color of my skin! I apply very lightly over a cc cream and and it looks very natural and not caked on, which is important at my age:) Love it!!

I love this powder to set my make up after foundation or concealer. I use it with a powder brush every day and would recommend
