Im not sure if its a real carbon fiber or not..but I can say it really looks nice..quality wise,you will not be disappointed.Mine is 0223/7777Dont hesitate to buy it.

The watch face says "Limited Edition" above the six-O-clock position. Other than that I really could not say. Hope this helps.
