This thing is a game changer. I did research before purchasing this item. I wanted to ensure that I was getting something actually used in clinics versus something just sold as an ear cleaner. This is the closest I saw to what the nurse used at my local urgent care.I used to use Debrox to soften the wax in my ears. I would then use the bulb syringe and warm water to try to flush out the wax. This process never fully worked for me. Debrox would soften the wax, but then I would end up with a sticky blockage in my ear despite attempting to flush. I then switched to using a water and hydrogen peroxide solution. This worked much better, but was still time consuming. The peroxide would often leave a white foam and wax mixture in my ears. It took copious paper towels and bulb flushes to get my ears back to a comfortable state using this method. It was also too time consuming sometimes taking upwards of 30 minutes to feel any relief.This ear washer has changed my life for the better! I was balked at the price, but rationalized with myself that it could at least take less time. Yes it did! To prep, a used my water and hydrogen peroxide solution. I then made a 50:50 water to peroxide solution to fill the ear wash bottle. My partner helped me align everything and wow! I no longer need to deal with ears filled with wax and foam! What a relief! Would definitely buy this again. Totally worth the money.

Gaggingly successful design! Do buy if you’ve noticed severe buildup of wax. Our pediatrician also used this in their office, but they use a 1:1 water and hydrogen peroxide solution (slightly warmer than body temp) vs. vinegar.The hydrogen peroxide solution is amazing. Have tried the vinegar.

I'm very happy with the product as it did exactly what it said it would do. My son has extremely waxy ears and his doctor used this, so I knew it worked well. The only thing I found frustrating is when I received the product, it recommended I go and get a certain kind of wash for doing the ear flushing. Of course I didn't have this wash and I couldn't find it any local store, so I used very warm water and vinegar (which the directions said could be done) instead. However, I didnt feel this solution was very effective.
