This is a nice and elegant electric kettle. It comes with 1500W power that boils water super fast. The top opening of the kettle is very wide that makes it so easy to clean. It has a 1.8L capacity which is not too big to move around but good enough for my family use. The interior of the kettle is made by nice quality of stainless steel and also rust resistant with proper usage. The cord length is long enough to connect to a outlet on the kitchen counter. The kettle looks durable and both of the function of the auto shut-off and the boil-dry protection work well. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

The lid doesn’t even fit properly

I guess I got what I paid for. Would have liked a pop up lid, vs one that I need two hands to open. The handle gets hot when pouring out a full pot of hot water (steam gets into the hollow handle. The cord is heavy duty, but that also makes it very stiff. Our previous one could be wrapped into the base to shorten. It heats up fairly quickly and turns off automatically at boiling point. Now I know what I want if I replace this.
