Installation and instructions are easy and video is very informative must watch. We didn’t drill the 2nd hole it asked for fingerprint recognition works like a charm the connectivity is super simple on the app. Quality is also great. Comes with batteries haven’t had any issues since purchase. But must download app to do finger print, codes and the Bluetooth thingys to activate all the things it ask and it comes with basic keys as well

DO NOT BUY! If I could leave 0 stars I would.This product SUCKS. locks and unlocks whenever it feels like it, only had it one week and it’s already rusting and has water in it even though it was properly secured and installed. touch pad not working , left me locked out of my house. Kept talking on its own , unlocking and locking on its own. Disconnecting from the phone . Durability and connectivity awful. It may look nice but no not at all ITS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT , would never recommend

Hard to get programmed and you have to make sure that it actually really locks when you leave but once you figure it out, it works pretty well. Installation was super quick instructions very unclear.

Easy to install and to program. You get four different access types to unlock the door. Fingerprint. Key. Type in Code. And a little “badge” that you can scan.

Good product but phone app closure only works when close to lo ck

Se tardaron mucho en verificar mi pago lo cual generó muchos días de retraso, se puede instalar siguiendo los vídeos, pero no es muy sencillo, ya pude generar códigos y vincular las tarjetas pero no me permite guardar la lectura de la huella 🫆 ojalá puedan ayudarme con eso

Well I've had this lock in now for quite some time and it's worked really well if hold the battery. Well we're still using it on the same battery and I'm sure it's been 5 months 6 months and it's clear when it talks to you. I like this product.

We are having nothing but trouble with this lock. It’s constantly needing batteries replaced, every two weeks. Would have returned it but unfortunately missed the window due to renovation delays/receiving our new front door. Installation was unfortunately delayed. Very disappointed as this is now a huge waste of money!
