Metagenics - PhytoMulti 120 tabs

I am a massive fun of Metagenics products but the phytomulti is not one of them. For me it just didn't work...although I had high hopes from this supplement. I usually take terranova's multivitamin and thought I'd tried Metagenics one due to claiming good and clean ingredients and processes. I use Magnesium from Metagenic and am quite pleased with it. I wish my experience was better. I stopped taking it after 30 days during which my energy levels and overall feeling was decreasing. Back to terranova's multivitamin which work best for me.I paid for all supplements and this is a genuine review. Hope this helps

Metagenics phytomulti is in my opinion the best there is. It is classed as a food vitamin. I was first recommended by a high profile doctor after various health issues. At beginning I took the one that included iron as my ferritin levels were low, as were my D levels. It has everything you need in it including lutein for eyes... you won’t need any other vitamin if taking this except a little more magnesium. I have been taking it for 7 years and haven't found another that betters it.

The best multivitamin on the market.I have been using several multivitamins but this one is the best quality. I have seen amazing results, specially for my son on the autism spectrum. I suggest to use this together with the vitamin D and the fish oil from the same brand. It’s a pity that they are so difficult to find here in the UK
