This thing is actually amazing. I have naturally very clean ears and the rest of my family gets impacted wax and I have to deal with it. The doctors usually have to clean my kids ears while they’re crying and screaming because it gets totally blocked and rock hard. It’s better if you can get bits out at a time before it gets totally blocked and hard. So once their ears are clean this will make upkeep so nice. Once wax is totally blocking the ear canal it’s very hard to get a grip on anything to be able to pull or scrape it out. When it’s smaller chunks it’s super easy to remove with this. And once it’s impacted bad it can go up against the ear canal and that can be painful. We went through this a few years ago and somehow one of my child’s ears are impacted again even though we swim and bathe often and never use qtips. I wish I would’ve gotten a picture of hers but she is not patient with this. Cleaning the older child’s ear was quick and easy but we still got a bunch out. It is a weird feeling but she can tolerate whereas the younger one says ow even when I am just touching it to the outer edge of the canal.-The tweezers on this tool are soooo helpful! More comfortable than scraping.-the camera makes it much easier to see where the wax is, where you can grab and make sure you are not too deep. I used to try to use a metal pimple popper tool and a flashlight and it was so hard to hold everything and see.-was very easy to connect to app took under a minute-minor pro but I love the design of the case, it’s awesomePic 1 is grabbing with tweezersPic 2 you can see my shiny ear drum - never go near thatPic 4 from child 1 - this is not even a quarter of what’s in therePic 5 from child 2Reminder: never go all the way in or near ear drum!! If totally impacted and there is any pain trying to remove the wax then it is probably butted up against ear drum and you could damage or perforate it by putting any pressure on trying to remove. I bought this since my ears have been bothering me. The tool is easy to use and the app is very user friendly. I wasn't surprised seeing a chunk of wax in my ear, but it was validating to see I wasn't just being a hypochondriac. I used Eosera Ear Wax MD drops (kept drops in right ear for 30mins, used warm water in the included bulb to rinse out ear. I also used Comfort Ear ear drops and it helped with the irritation a little bit) to clean my ear. Cleaning out my ear, I see my inner ear is reddish so maybe an ear infection.Now back to the tool: It's lightweight and can be slightly bent to fit in ear. It does get hot after about 5-7mins so I would not leave it on for too long. The main problem I have is the quality of the camera. If they make another one of these with a better camera, I will definitely buy it.One last thing I wish they would add is showing which picture is the left or right ear. They have a photo view that swaps sides, if you are looking in the left or right ear but doesn't label the picture.Other than that this is a very good camera and I'm happy that I got it.

It would be great for someone who needs it for just a general view. Camera quality is great. When i first got it, it seemed like it was going to be great. It comes with a lot of attachments and tips which is awesome. I get very dry scabs in the front part of my ear and a lot of wax build up in the back. I have been using one of these that I got off the tik tok shop for around a year now. I loved it but it eventually broke because it was cheap. I used it almost daily. The reason I gave this one 3 stars is because its not long enough, its a couple mm too short to reach the back of my ear ( i know its probably to keep people from poking their ear drum, but I need to clean the area above it). Also, you can only bend it certain directions, which can be difficult when the tip is screwed on facing a different way than what the thing will bend. Lastly, the tips are way too flexible. I couldnt get out some of the ear wax debris because the tips would bend too much, so i couldnt scrape it out. I returned it

Ok so my cousin came over last week and brought this over because I mentioned having a tickle in my ear that wouldn't go away and I was afraid something was in it... she brought this over and by the end of her visit my whole family sat in her lap while she used this ear wax removal unit on us. It's like getting your back scratched and sooooooooo satisfying! I immediately knew I wanted this exact same one, I didnt even bother to look at other brands, you NEED this one. Comes with sooooooo many attachments AND a tweezer in the event something IS in there that you'd need to get out. So cool seeing our ear drums and the the set up is so easy!!! I love this thing!!! You even have attachments for throat and nose views which I didnt know until I received mine today and went through the instruction manual.... the whole family had their ears cleaned tonight and it's so simple I did it on myself just using my phone to see!!

Nor all ear canals are the same so it isn’t just a straight look. It did help with some of the more surface wax, but at the moment still working on some deeper areas. My ear canal has a bent so I am being careful at this point not to go too far. Still worth the try to remove deep wax without going too far before seeing a doctor for a water flush. Liked being able to see in the canal. Camera is good. Price is fair. Soft tips make it comfortable.
