Smiley Homey Magic Trio Peeler (Set of 3), Swiss Peelers Fruit and Vegetable, Potato, Hand, Julienne Peelers

These items do the job they are intended to do. Turns out I don't need things slashed quite as finely as they will do it. If you need a really thin slice these are perfect. I have enjoyed using them and we'll probably find other uses for them as time goes by.

The video shows a MAN with apparently strong hands making these tools so easy to use. NOT! They are flimsy and require a lot of hand strength to use effectively. I tried it with zucchini, for shreds, but will never do that again! What a lot of work in order to get just ONE zucchini shredded. I gave them away to a vegetarian with hopes she can make better use of them.

I have yet to figure out to safely use these things without my other hand being in the way. -=:-O
